All purchases must be collected in person from our Dubai showroom. We do not provide shipping or delivery services, locally or internationally.
Payment
• Full payment is required prior to collection.
• Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
• All sales are final.
• Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase.
• Any manufacturer warranty is handled directly by the respective brand and will be disclosed at the time of sale.
Disputes
Any disputes regarding collection, payment, or product condition must be raised at the time of collection. After collection, all sales are considered final.
